In September 2009, Fänas completed the first LEED certified residential remodel in the State of Colorado.

We designed our first 'sustainable' home in 1995, and recently completed the first LEED certified residential remodel in the State of Colorado (Sep 09). Fänas is committed to integrating sustainable products and features into our work wherever possible. Each home we design varies in its “shade of green”, based on a clients preferences and budget. We consider ourselves a resource for our clients, and are available with the information necessary to help you make educated decisions related to all aspects of sustainable design and materials selection.
Fänas Architecture is a founding members of the Boulder Green Building Guild, LEED A.P. certified, Green Advantage certified, and members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
